How to change comma to dot for property (double)

Hello, during my using of the WPF property grid, I have found a strange phenomenon for the property of double type. For instance, "0.05" is shown up as with a comma separated "0,05" instead of a dot. If I change the value to "0,08" (comma separated), then the value of the property will be assigned with "8". However, If I change the value to "0.08" (dot separated), everything works fine.

I am wondering whether it is possible to fix the problem. Either change the presentation in the property grid to dot separated or make the WPF property grid could process the comma separated.

By the way one more problem is that sometimes the background color of Search box changes to a little bit dark. If I rebuild the WPF property grid and load the updated dll, everything is fine. Do you know why?

Thank you very much.
