Should the source code be able to run in VS2008? I am getting all kinds of errors. Can't find references System.Linq and several others.

I think it should.

You have to remove the not found namespaces, and convert the static resources in the xaml to dynamic resources.

Hi!

I've got the same problems! I've downloaded the 56521 Version of the WPF and i'm trying to run the demo app using VS2008 and .NET Framework 3.5.

Things i've done:

1.) Replaces all StaticResource with DynamicResource in dhe WPG source

2.) removed the not found reference (System.ling -> use: System.Xml.Linq)

3.) in the project settings i set to .NET Framework 3.5 (in WPG and the demo app)

4.) deleted the app File in the

3.) now when i start the demo app and clicking one of the buttons, i get the error: "InvalidOperationException was unhandled ....... Layout recursion reached allowed limit to avoid stack overflow: '250'. Either the tree contains a loop or is too deep"

How can i fix this?

It would be nice if a downloadable version for VS2008 would be made available. I still can't get any of this to work.

hi jogibear ... good idea ;-)

When do you think you will provide the VS2008 download/source? I'll need the WPG asap for my master thesis :-)

Or can you tell what to do to use it in VS2008? I created a new Project / Solution and copied the files into the project. But when i reimplement the Demo app i can add the *.DLL and use the wpg but on the window NO propertygrid appears ...... any ideas? (i've changed all StaticResource to DynamicResource via Quick-Replace Functionality)
